INGREDIENTS 2 packets chocolate oreo biscuits (120g) 1/2 cup milk 1/2 tsp baking powder Few drops oil (for greasing) 1 cup water (for steaming)
METHOD Take oreo biscuits and put them in a grinding jar, Grind them.... In a bowl put the grinded biscuits and add baking powder.. Slowly slowly pour milk and whisk well...
Then, grease a bowl with some drops of oil.. Pour half batter in the bowl, place a piece of chocolate in, then pour more batter in...
For steaming, in a pan add water, place a small plate in (water should not come over the plate) Then, place the bowl with batter in tha pan... Cover & cook for 15 - 20 minutes..
After the cake is cooked, flip it on a plate... Garnish with chocolate syrup..
