Police continue to clamp down on motorists not complying with Level 1 lockdown regulations. A large-scale police operation and roadblock, headed by the Gauteng Provincial Commissioner, was conducted this morning in Benoni. Government has now allowed taxis to load at 100% capacity, provided that people wear masks. The move came despite concerns that a second wave of Covid-19 cases may occur.
