PM Modi addressed an election rally at Raj Maidan in Darbhanga for second phase of campaigning for Bihar assembly elections. First phase of polling is underway in 71 seats of the state. PM Narendra Modi gave a clarion call for ‘Atmanirbhar Bihar’ and said ‘Atmanirbhar Mithilanchal’ is essential to achieve the goal of self-reliant Bihar.
