Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra took Internet by storm with her maiden speech in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday, June 26. Moitra delivered a fiery first speech during which she attacked the Narendra Modi government on several issues. Moitra spoke of dissent and ‘signs of fascism’ in the country. Her 10-minute long speech in Parliament was praised by many on social media. She was applauded for keeping the dissent alive despite a clear majority mandate for the BJP in the Lok Sabha Elections 2019.
