The first phase of voting for the Bihar assembly elections is going on. Today, votes are being cast in 71 seats in 16 districts. Long queues of voters are seen at the polling booth since morning. Voting is being done following the Corona Protocol. However, in the early times of voting, reports of EVM disturbances are coming to the fore. EVM went bad at Polling station number 33 of Lakhisaraye Barhia in the morning, Union Minister Giriraj Singh had reached to vote at this polling station of Barhia but, EVM was disturbed even before polling.

बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव के लिए पहले चरण का मतदान जारी है,. आज 16 जिलों की कुल 71 सीटों पर वोट डाले जा रहे हैं. सुबह से ही पोलिंग बूथ पर मतदाताओं की लंबी कतारें दिख रही हैं. कोरोना प्रोटोकॉल का पालन करते हुए मतदान कराया जा रहा है. हालांकि , वोटिंग के शुरुआती वक्त में ही ईवीएम में गड़बड़ी की खबरें सामने आने लगी हैं. लखीसराए के बड़हिया के मतदान केंद्र संख्या 33 पर सुबह सुबह ही ईवीएम खराब हो गई,केंद्रीय मंत्री गिरिराज सिंह बड़हिया के इसी मतदान केंद्र पर वोटिंग करने पहुंचे थे लेकिन, यहां मतदान से पहले ही ईवीएम में गड़बड़ी हो गई
