Indian freestyle wrestler Sakshi Malik celebrates her 28th birthday today (September 3, 2020). Malik is the first Indian female wrestler to win a medal at the Olympics and achieved the feat by winning a bronze medal at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio. Her first success as a professional wrestler in the international arena came in 2010 at the Junior World Championships. Malik has also won medals at Commonwealth and Asian Games.
