A 33-year-old man has confessed to the three murders in the Western Cape town of Wolseley. 21-year-old Bernadine Frans was among them. The suspect appeared in court earlier and the proceedings were postponed. eNCA's Nadine Theron is following the story. Courtesy #DStv403
