2+2 Ministerial dialogue: What to expect from the Indo-US talks

India and US will hold crucial 2+2 Ministerial dialogue in New Delhi today. US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and US Defence Secretary Mark Esper will be meeting External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh for the same.
It is expected that the two sides may finalise the long-pending Basic Exchange and Cooperation Agreement ( BECA) agreement to further boost bilateral defence ties. The BECA will provide for sharing of high-end military technology, logistics and geospatial maps between the two countries.
