N.Korea's signature dish 'Pyongyang naengmyeon'

North Korea's signature cuisine "Pyongyang naengmyeon" is a cold noodle dish in a mild broth and usually garnished with meat pieces and vegetables. Okryu-gwan, a restaurant in the capital is well known for serving the dish.
