Not development CAA became election issue in Bengal?

Assembly elections in Bengal are near and with this, political parties have started to woo voters. BJP has once again made CAA an issue. BJP President JP Nadda has assured the people of Bengal that now the citizenship law will definitely come, while CM Mamata Banerjee has clearly said that citizenship law will not be applied in Bengal, whatever happens.
