Kid Wearing Scary Halloween Costume Chases Other Kids in Park

This kid wore a Michael Myers costume to a park. They held a fake knife in their hand and climbed up a swing where other kids were playing. Then, the kid chased another child and tried to hit them with their fake knife while they dodged the attacks.
