The Hathras case of Uttar Pradesh was heard today in the Supreme Court on Thursday. The Supreme Court reserved its decision. A number of issues were raised before the court, such as transferring the case to Delhi, monitoring the CBI investigation and providing security to the victim's family. During the hearing, the court has indicated to transfer the petitions filed in the case to the Allahabad High Court.
उत्तर प्रदेश के हाथरस केस की आज यानी गुरुवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अपना फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया. कोर्ट के सामने मुकदमे को दिल्ली ट्रांसफर करने, सीबीआई जांच की निगरानी और पीड़ित परिवार को सीआरपीएफ की सुरक्षा दिलाने जैसे कई मसले रखे गए. सुनवाई के दौरान कोर्ट ने मामले में दायर याचिकाओं को इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ट्रांसफर करने के संकेत दिए हैं.
