Medium term budget speech expected to delay

Finance Minister, Tito Mboweni's Medium-Term Budget Policy Statement is set to be delayed by at least a week. The mini-budget statement was scheduled for 21 October. Mboweni says his request for a postponement is due to delays in the finalisation of the Economic Reconstruction and Recovery Plan.
