A fire spread up a high-rise apartment building by strong winds in a South Korean port city left scores of people with minor injuries, officials said Friday.
Footage taken from a nearby apartment show a massive fire engulfing a residential building in the South Korean city of Ulsan. The fire has forced hundreds of evacuations and is believed to have started on the 12th floor of the building.
