Duterte calls for a special session of Congress for 2021 national budget deliberations

President Rodrigo Duterte has called Congress to a special session from October 13-16 to resume deliberations on the proposed 2021 national budget. Duterte has also certified the proposed budget as urgent according to Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque.
