In a video that has surfaced, DM Praveen Laxkar can be seen telling the girl's father, "Half of the media people have left today, the other half will leave by tomorrow. Now, Hathras DM has issued a clarification on the video. He said that he went there to talk to the family. He has denied all the allegations, raised on him.
