NPA declines to prosecute 'rogue' cops

The NPA has declined to prosecute 6 members of the Western Cape’s Crime Intelligence Unit, accused of serious crimes. They allegedly interfered in cases investigated by murdered top cop, Charl Kinnear. But, the prosecuting authority says there is no reasonable prospect of successful prosecution in any of the cases.
