बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले पप्पू यादव की जन अधिकार पार्टी ने 'प्रतिज्ञा पत्र' के नाम से चुनावी मैनिफेस्टो जारी किया है। इस प्रतिज्ञा पत्र को पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष पप्पू यादव ने शपथ पत्र के साथ जारी किया। प्रतिज्ञा पत्र जारी करते हुए पप्पू यादव ने कहा कि आज पहली बार राजनीति शास्त्र नहीं समाज शास्त्र के रूप में प्रतिज्ञा पत्र लाया गया है.
