DELICIOUS ONE POT CHICKEN RICE

Looking for an idea for dinner date? This Delicious one pot chicken rice is d answer...
ingredients :
150gr chicken breast
1 tomato
1 big red chilli
1 handful of parsley
1 handful of basil (feel free to change it with other herbs, but choose d fresh herbs)
1 mug of rice
1 pinch of salt
2 cloves garlic
3 anchovies (optional)
4 eggs
Feel free to try it.. im sure u will enjoy d food...
