Judgment on bail bid postponed to Monday

The bail application of police officers charged with the killing of Eldorado Park teenager Nathaniel Julies has been postponed. The three officers will return on Monday to hear if their bid has been successful. During proceedings in court today, a dysfunctional police service was blamed for Julies death.
