Eight opposition members of the Rajya Sabha, suspended on Monday over the chaos in the House when controversial farm bills were passed on Sunday, spent the night on the lawns of the parliament complex as they continued their protest. Now, Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Harivansh will observe one-day fast against the unruly behaviour with him in the House by Opposition MPs during the passing of agriculture Bills on 20th September.
