300 से ज्यादा कर्मचारियों वाली कंपनी जल्द ही सरकार से पूर्व मंजूरी लिए बिना अपने स्टाफ की जब चाहे छंटनी कर सकेगी। इसके लिए नियमों में बदलाव किया जाएगा। इसको लेकर केंद्र सरकार ने शनिवार को लोकसभा में तीन विधेयक उपजीविकाजन्य सुरक्षा, स्वास्थ्य और कार्यदशा संहिता 2020, औद्योगिक संबंध संहिता 2020 और सामाजिक सुरक्षा संहिता 2020 पेश किए हैं. इसमें श्रम कानून को लेकर बदलाव किए गए हैं.
