Agriculture Bill 2020 : President Kovind ने Harsimrat Kaur का इस्तीफा स्वीकार किया | वनइंडिया हिंदी

President Ram Nath Kovind has accepted the resignation of Akali Dal leader Harsimrat Kaur Badal with immediate effect from the Modi cabinet. The President accepted his resignation after consulting Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Harsimrat's resignation from the Union Council of Ministers has been approved under clause (2) of Article 75 of the Constitution. The President directed that Cabinet Minister Narendra Singh Tomar be given the charge of the Ministry of Food Processing Industries besides his existing departments.

राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद ने मोदी कैबिनेट से अकाली दल की नेता हरसिमरत कौर बादल का इस्तीफा तत्काल प्रभाव से स्वीकार कर लिया है. राष्ट्रपति ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी से सलाह-मशवरा करने के बाद उनका इस्तीफा स्वीकार किया. संविधान के अनुच्छेद 75 के खंड (2) के तहत केंद्रीय मंत्री परिषद से हरसिमरत का इस्तीफा मंजूर किया गया है. राष्ट्रपति ने निर्देश दिया कि कैबिनेट मंत्री नरेंद्र सिंह तोमर को उनके मौजूदा विभागों के अलावा खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग मंत्रालय का प्रभार भी सौंपा जाए.
