The 13th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2020) was moved out of India due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The league will be played across three venues of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah in the UAE from September 19 to November 10. Kamlesh Nagarkoti might have suffered some big setbacks in his career already but it has not stopped the youngster from aiming big. Nagarkoti has said he wants to become India’s fastest bowler.
