EU chief Ursula von der Leyen complains that hopes of a post-Brexit trade deal are fading and warns Britain that its attempts to modify its withdrawal agreement are illegal. "It cannot be unilaterally changed, disregarded or disapplied. This a matter of law, trust and good faith," she tells the European Parliament in her annual State of the Union address.
