Delhi riots case: Police to virtually produce Umar Khalid before court

The Delhi Police special cell will virtually produce JNU activist Umar Khalid before a court on Monday. Police are likely to demand 14-day custody of Khalid. The Delhi Police has arrested former JNUSU member Umar Khalid in connection with his alleged role in the northeast Delhi riots that shook the national capital in February of this year following widespread protests against CAA/NRC.
