Three companies registered in March this year, received PPE tenders from the KZN government for over R1.8 million. At the same time, companies not registered on government's Central Supplier Database were awarded multimillion rand contracts. That has been revealed by Premier Sihle Zikalala, in a report on COVID-19 deals.
