Residents of Dunoon in Cape Town say dirty toilets and sewage spilling onto the streets are putting their lives, and livelihoods, at risk. A group of residents marched to the Killarney Depot yesterday. While a City of Cape Town official received a memorandum highlighting their grievances, there has been no comment from authorities so far.
