Satellite imagery suggests North Korea is preparing to test a submarine launched ballistic missile from its Sinpo shipyard.
This is according to analysis from the Center for Strategic and International Studies... in a report posted on its website Beyond Parallel.
Activity suggests it'll be a test of a Pukguksong-3 SLBM from a submersible test stand barge.
