CHEAP Haircut in CHINA?

I love buying things in China, because the price is insanely low; whether it be haircuts, massage, nails, etc. It's all super cheap, and the quality of the service is insanely so much higher than the quality of service I'm accustomed to in the USA. For example, this simple haircut, is not as simple as we expect it would be. For $4.00, it comes with a very meticulous haircut/hairstyling, trim, shave, 2 shampoo/hair rinse, and a 10 minute head massage. The entire hair tutorial experience is just amazing, and I want to share it with everyone. Hope you Enjoy!
