Political mercury has gone up in Bihar and attempts have been made to woo voters through virtual rallies. Meanwhile, the Rashtriya Janata Dal has made unemployment an issue and has appealed to light the lamps, lamps, candles and lanterns for 9 minutes at 9 pm on 9 September.
