Lobbyists calls for licencing changes

Firearm lobbyists want changes made to the licensing of firearms. They want them controlled and licensed the same way as vehicles. The 'Licence the Person, Register the Firearm' campaign says when a person has been licensed, they can then have different firearms registered under their names, just like cars.
