The PLA late on Monday night accused Indian troops of crossing the LAC and firing shots to deter Chinese patrol guards in the Pangong area. The Indian Army in its response today, has said that at no stage has it transgressed across the LAC or resorted to use of any aggressive means.

45 साल बाद 7 सितंबर की देर शाम को भारत-चीन सीमा पर वो हो ही गया जिससे आजतक दोनों देश बच रहे थे। लद्दाख के रेचन ला में चीन के सैनिक आगे बढ़कर भारतीय इलाके में कब्जे की कोशिश कर रहे थे। वो भारतीय सेना की लोकेशन के काफी नजदीक आ रहे थे। भारतीय सेना ने उन्हें पीछे हटने को कहा। बहस बढ़ी और भारतीय सेना को चेतावनी देते हुए हवाई फायर करना पड़ा। और इसी के साथ टूट गई वो रस्सी जिसने सेना के हात बांधे हुए थे.
