French police arrest man after a series of gruesome attacks on horses

Police in France have arrested a man in connection with a series of gruesome attacks on horses - mostly in the north and east of the country. The authorities believe several people are involved with the attacks. About twenty horse have been killed - and dozens more have been mutilated. The BBC's Tim Allman has more.
