As India continues to battle the Coronavirus Pandemic, the country has reached another grim milestone with the biggest single-day jump of 90,632 Covid cases in the 24 hours with the total tally breaching the 41 lakh mark. India reported 1,065 deaths linked to the virus, taking the total number of fatalities to 70,626. About 31 lakh patients have recovered from the infection in the country, pushing the recovery rate to 77.32 per cent. Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh are the five states which reported the highest number of cases in the last 24 hours.
