There was a lot of police agitation on Thursday at the Chaupula intersection on the Ayodhya-Lucknow national highway passing through Barabanki. The reason for this was because of Congress state president Ajay Kumar Lallu's visit to Ayodhya. As soon as the Congress state president's car reached Barabanki, the police took him into custody so that he would not be able to go further.

बाराबंकी से होकर गुजरने वाले अयोध्या -लखनऊ राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर स्थित चौपुला चौराहे पर गुरुवार को पुलिस की काफी हलचल थी. इसकी वजह कांग्रेस के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष अजय कुमार लल्लू की अयोध्या यात्रा थी. जैसे ही कांग्रेस के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष की गाड़ी बाराबंकी पहुंची तो पुलिस ने उन्हें हिरासत में ले लिया, ताकि वो आगे न जाने पाएं.
