Sign Language Charter will be launched this month

Giving deaf people the rights they deserve. The Pan South African Language Board will officially launch the Sign Language Charter. It is aimed at removing barriers to enable the deaf community equal access to information, services, and to participate in all spheres of life. September is the International Month for the Deaf. David Maahlamela the board's chairperson speaks about what to expect at the launch tomorrow.
