Thousands of Makassar residents from communities affected by COVID-19 queued at a post office to receive financial assistance from the government.
Each resident will receive 300,000 Indonesian Rupiah (£15.27) each month. There will be 93,082 recipients according to the Secretary and Legal Manager of Makassar Slamet Widodo.
