Cele - We must work more on prevention

Police Minister Bheki Cele says crime must be prevented before it happens. This in the wake of the grisly farm murders of Glen Rafferty and his wife Vida. The couple was killed over the weekend in Newcastle, KwaZulu-Natal. Cele visited the community and the family today. He has urged the community to work together with the police to bring the perpetrators to book.
