Eskom debt rises and Post Office looking for assistance

Struggling state power utility Eskom’s gross debt increased to R488 billion as of March this year, from R440 billion a year earlier. The South African Post Office has a recorded a loss of nearly R1 billion in the first quarter, almost equaling the total from the previous full financial year.
