Sonu Sood, who led hundreds of people to his home in lockdown, has come forward this time to help the sailor families of Kashi. The sailors of Varanasi have been troubled since the sudden lockdown in March. Unlock started but lack of tourists did not lead to earning opportunity. Meanwhile, due to floods in the Ganges, the district administration once again stopped the operation till September 15. Since then, the livelihood of the sailors was severely affected.

कोरोना वायरस और लॉकडाउन के बीच गरीब, बेसहारा और जरूरतमंदों के मसीहा बने बॉलीवुड एक्टर सोनू सूद पिछले कुछ महीनों से सुर्खियों में बने हुए हैं। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के संसदीय क्षेत्र वाराणसी के नाविकों पर अब मुसीबत आई तो एक बार फिर सोनू सूद याद आए। जी हां लॉकडाउन के चलते गंगा नदी में नौकायन ठप रहा तो अब बाढ़ के चलते 15 सितंबर तक के लिए नाव संचालन पर रोक लगा दी गई है। ऐसे में काशी के 350 नाविक परिवारों के सामने पेट पालने का संकट खड़ा हो गया है। वाराणसी में लॉकडाउन और बाढ़ के चलते भुखमरी के कगार पर पहुंच चुके नाविकों की मदद के लिए सोनू सूद ने हाथ बढ़ाया है।
