In this video, I explain how to Layout or mark a complete circle on-site with the help of Leica Total Station TS 09 Plus in English
in this method, you need the center of the circle and one side of circle coordinates and total Station give you a radius of circle and perimeter of a circle, for layout circle, have 2 option in this total station 1 is measure & 2nd stake point
Meas mean anywhere on the circle you can mark points but for the stake, you have to give distance for 1st point like what I did in this video
simply follow my all step and you can able to layout circle
