Pangasinan 4th District Representative Christopher “Toff” de Venecia takes the cake.
The millennial congressman was a marketing professional, a
columnist, a magazine and newspaper editor, and most recognizably, a theater director and producer all before his first election to the House of Representatives in 2016.
