Robin Uthappa has recalled the time he shared the dressing room with former Indian captain MS Dhoni, who called time on his international career on August 15. "Outside the pitch, I really enjoyed the moments we shared in the hotels, both MS and I would love to sit together and eat on the floor in the room. They were really simple moments and the fondest memories I have of us being together in the Indian team," Uthappa said.

टीम इंडिया के बल्लेबाज रोबिन उथप्पा ने एमएस धोनी को लेकर बड़ा खुलासा किया है. रोबिन उथप्पा ने कहा है कि वो और एमएस धोनी कभी एक साथ होटल के फर्श पर बैठकर खाना खाया करते थे. उथप्पा ने आईएएनएस से बातचीत में कहा कि धोनी के साथ उनका मैदान के अंदर और बाहर बिताए गए कुछ बेहतरीन पल रहे हैं. गौरतलब है कि क्रिकेट करियर के शुरूआती दौर में धोनी और उथप्पा भारत के उभरते सितारे थे और दोनों खिलाड़ी साल 2007 टी20 विश्वकप जीतने वाली टीम का हिस्सा थे. हालाँकि, वो विश्वकप भारत ने धोनी की कप्तानी में जीता था. पर उथप्पा ने टूर्नामेंट में कुछ बेहतरीन पारियां खेली थी.
