Kedah police bust syndicate involved in extortion and kidnapping of foreign migrants

Police rescued nine immigrants, who were kidnapped from three states, with the arrest of five men and a 15-year-old boy believed to be from a kidnap-for-ransom syndicate based in Kedah.
