South Florida woke up to high winds and crashing surf from Tropical Storm Laura, which was passing hundreds of miles away south of Cuba.

Kiteboarders, surfers and even some swimmers braved the surf at sunrise. This video was recorded at sunrise in Delray Beach, Florida on August 24.
