Barriers varsity students face

Despite government committing to access to higher education for all, new research shows students have a long way to go in overcoming barriers to success. Higher education institutions have taken steps to ensure students have access to data and laptops during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, research by student crowdfunding platform Feenix tells a different story. At least 46 percent of students had difficulty accessing data and technology even before the initial lockdown.
