Sonia offers to resign as party chief in CWC meet

Soon after the CWC meet began on Monday, Sonia Gandhi offered to resign as the party chief. Congress leader KC Venugopal read out a letter by Sonia Gandhi wherein she has expressed her wish to step down and also said that process to find a new president should begun.
