Associate of acting Nelson Mandela Bay manager arrested

The Hawks have arrested Nelson Mandela Bay’s acting municipal manager this morning. Mvuleni Mapu is alleged to be involved in fraud and corruption linked to the Human Settlements Department, of which he is a director. We understand that a second person, alleged to be an associate of Mapu’s, has been arrested Hawks spokesperson, Lloyd Ramovha speaks on this.
