I don't know if this movie is available with subtitles or dubbed elsewhere in the world, but I see that can cause some issue leading to bad ratings.
It has great story, cinematography, CGI, some elements that only people from the former USSR can relate to but those are subtle. It's based on Alien but from there the story diverges to something completely different and the movie has nothing in common with the Alien at all except for the very basic premise.
The only weak points are that a little substory is unnecessary and poorly integrated, and the actress playing Blake Lively... I'm sorry, playing the Doctor... was acting a bit stiff by American standards but then again, being stiff is part of Russian culture so I guess we can give her a pass on that.
Highly recommended.
